From an early age, Morgan was always interested in architecture and would ask his parents to take detours to drive past homes he loved. With the development of the online MLS, he would spend hours looking at homes for sale and before graduating High School, had successfully aided his family members in finding their dream homes. Morgan attended McMaster University and Graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honours Bachelor of Commerce program.

He spent the early part of his career working in the corporate world for one of Canada’s biggest companies. There he honed his analytical, marketing and sales skills and quickly rose the corporate ladder, going on to lead teams that were accountable for managing hundred million dollar lines of business. However, Morgan’s passion for Real Estate was unwavering and he realized that he had to pursue it professionally in order to feel fulfilled.

Morgan has a reputation for being hardworking, a shrewd negotiator and always acting with integrity. He applies an analytical approach to his search practices in order to find the best properties that suit his client’s needs. He believes that if a property isn’t good enough for him, why would he want one of his clients to purchase it. His keen eye for detail and design is incorporated into the marketing of his client’s properties, leading to an optimal outcome on the sale of their home.

Anita has always believed success in business and in life comes down to hard work, commitment and knowing how to push forward.  As a former business owner, Chief Operations Officer, and bookkeeper, she spent years making high-stakes decisions and managing complex transactions that ensured every dollar worked as hard as she did.   As a fitness coach, she applied those same values to achieve significant goals for herself and her clients, many of whom became lifelong friends.  

Now, she is channeling that same strategic mindset and relentless dedication into real estate, helping people successfully navigate one of the biggest investments of their lives with confidence and clarity.
