Helt Real Estate Update - February 2019

February's results are in and here is my recap of the major indicators

Also, new this month, I added Hamilton into the mix as it is another market that I cover and lately I have had many buyers interested in what is happening here.

Overall in February, the markets across the GTA saw a continuation in the trends from prior months - fewer sales, stabilizing prices and a growing inventory of homes available for sale. However, looking at this from a local level uncovers a few unique factors that I outlined in the summaries on the following infographs.
